break out the holiday sweaters!

To kick off December properly, I went back into the archives and pulled some photos from one of my all-time favorite family portrait sessions. Meet Lindsay, Brent, and little Sophia. I just love this family, and every session with them is hilarious. I miss you guys! Please tell me you didn't get rid of those sweater vests.

You know that part in P.S. I Love You when Holly's reading Gerry's letter outside by his fort? And it cuts from his voiceover to him standing next to her, reading the letter, and he just ends with, "P.S. . . .", and then he drops his head and rests it on her shoulder. And it's tragic and beautiful all at the same time. Yeah . . . With that scene in my head, and the rainy grey outside, and my mug of hot tea, I feel like dropping everything and hurrying back to Ireland right now.

I don't speak French and it still gets me.
